With the help of the AI-powered automation tool, hiring managers are able to save hours each day on resume screening and has more time to focus on other important aspects of the hiring process, such as conducting interviews and making job offers. Automation can be used in posting about job openings across various digital channels. The tool also helps her make more informed hiring decisions and ensures that the company is hiring the most qualified candidates in a timely manner.

How might automation help recruiters save time is posting about opening across digital channels ?

The following project represents a demo model created in industry rebranded for case study purposes due to NDA. 

Project approach

Identify the job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels where you want to post job openings. Define the information that should be included in each job posting and determine the frequency of posting.The HR department can use a job board posting software to post the job opening on multiple job boards and career websites, such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn. The software can automatically post the job ad on these websites and keep track of the postings and their status. 

Competitor analysis: The HR department can use social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, to post the job ad on the company's social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The tools can also schedule and automate the posting process.
